Thirty years ago I was given six months to live and told I would never play piano again after a decade of training. They were wrong. I am still here. And for the first time in 22 years, I am getting back behind the piano in a real concert hall to mark that anniversary and to launch my book, We The Patients.

I will play original music, read from the book, and invite a few people who have lived this alongside me to share the stage. I want to show what survival actually looks like over time.
