I was on the Cancer Survivor MD Podcast!

I sat down with Dr. Josie Van Londen on her Cancer Survivor MD podcast and we went all in. Thirty years above the grass. No chemo. No internet. Just a blinking answering machine and a whole lot of bad odds.

We talked about what happens when you outlive the data, when you’re told you’ll never play piano again and end up arpeggiating on national podcasts instead. We talked about parents in fight mode, survivor guilt, and why no one should need magical cancer advocate friend to know how to make the best medical decision of their life.

But she gets it. She’s an oncologist AND a listener, oh, and a truth teller. She’s omeone who understands that survivorship is not a ribbon or a phase. It’s a system test. Grateful for the space, the honesty, and the chance to trace how one blinking answering machine turned into a movement.

Listen to the full conversation on Cancer Survivor MD wherever you get your podcasts.

If this hits home, toss it a like, a restack, comment, or tell someone you may be ambivalent about. One click makes a bigger difference than you think.
