Unfair Hearing

I may be late to the game but I just learned about Fair Hearings, and wow—I wish I’d known about this years ago to untangle the ridiculous health insurance messes I’ve had to fight through.

Why didn’t I know this? Why don’t you know this? Because the system is built on us not knowing. They’re counting on our exhaustion and ignorance to keep us quiet. How can we know this exists?

But just suppose… what if everyone knew?

What if every denied claim turned into a Fair Hearing request on day one? Could the system even handle it? Would it crash under its own inefficiency?

What would it take to educate tens of millions of Americans with this life hack?

There has to be a way, and I am sure the health insurance industry would hate that to happen.

Payers bank on us giving up.

But we don’t have to. If you’re denied, file a Fair Hearing.
